Recruiter (Contract Role)

EXECT is looking to source a contract recruiter with experience making placements in corporate sales. We are looking for a recruiter who can assist us in sourcing and hiring 1 junior-level sales rep in 30 days or less. You will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and assessing candidates. You will also deliver the job offer to the selected candidate. No travel is required; 100% remote role. Set your own schedule, reach our goal, and take home $3,200 for the placement. Bonuses are available for enhanced alignment of candidates.

  

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Craft, optimize, and post job advertisements 
  • Perform outbound recruiting activities to attract qualified talent
  • Screen candidates and perform skills assessments
  • Deliver and negotiate job offers with candidates
  • Complete hiring process by October 1st
  • Perform 2 check-ins with the new hire during first 60 days on the job
  • Ensure new hire is still in the role after 90 days

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Corporate recruiting experience; specifically recruiting junior-level inside sales reps 
  • Experience screening talent 
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with an ability to articulate value
  • Highly organized with scheduling, ATS records, information delivery, and contracts
  • High School Diploma/GED
